The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for Alexandria and surrounding areas, until 5pm today. Gusts of up to 60mph are possible, which may make driving difficult and cause downed trees and power lines. Please secure loose outdoor items and be alert while outside. If your power goes out, report it to Dominion Virginia Power at 866-DOM-HELP.
