City of Alexandria Under Winter Weather Advisory – March 25, 2013

The City of Alexandria is under a Winter Weather Advisory until noon today. City crews have been working throughout the morning in response to this morning’s snowfall and are treating primary roads and some secondary routes; however, untreated surfaces, particularly in neighborhoods, may be dangerous. Residents are advised to use caution while driving today.

City of Alexandria Recreation Facilities To Close at 6:00p.m. Today

In response to predicted inclement weather, all Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activates (RPCA) recreation facilities will close at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 6.
