Join the City of Alexandria for a free training for board members of community and homeowner associations from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Charles Houston Recreation Center, located at 901 Wythe Street in Alexandria, Virginia.
Attorneys from the Alexandria-based law firm of MercerTrigiani will present information on the legal responsibilities of board members in serving their communities, understanding governing documents and approaches to resolving conflicts. The goals of the training are to help board members learn skills to improve the governing practices, function and efficiency of their communities. Participants will have ample time to ask questions.
